Use of Space Request

St. Edward the Confessor Church broke ground on the new Pastoral Center in June of 2021. After twenty years of planning, and much fundraising, clergy and staff moved into the new pastoral center in October of 2022. If you haven't had a chance to visit, we look forward to showing you around the wonderful space that is available to come together as community to celebrate, serve and evangelize.

Requesting Space

If you would like to request space for a gathering, meeting or celebration in our pastoral center, please send an email to Tom Leeman at and include the following information:


• First/Last name of requester.

• Contact phone number and email address.

• Name of organization requesting space.

• Name of Event and brief description.

• Preferred room(s) or space (kitchen, plaza, etc.)

• Expected number of attendees

• Is this a recurring event?  Please list frequency.

• Date and time (start / finish) of event.  Set up and tear down time required.

• Set up required: tables, chairs, microphone?


Upon approval of the room request, please submit a setup request, if needed, at least 2 weeks prior to event date to Sergio Lizarraga at

Room Specifications

Provided is a list of available rooms with occupancy guidelines by room number. If you are planning an event with multiple tables and chairs, your occupancy will be less than the amount stated below.


• Knight Hall (including all sections opened) max occupancy 900

• 132a max occupancy 130

• 132b, 132c, 132f  max occupancy 100 (each)

• 132d max occupancy 300

• 132g max occupancy 85

• 211a max occupancy 45

• 211b max occupancy 65

• 211c max occupancy 35

• 212 max occupancy 34
