As always, thank
you to everyone for past donations, and to those who actually

and Events Information
Turning
Technology Responders have arrived.

Our
contest prize is worth over $10,000!
Our
Prize from Turning Technology includes 5 full system sets
containing 32 student responders. The total value of this
package is over $10,000. Thank you to all 9000+ votes we received.
Why are we so excited about the TurningTechnology responders
? Here are some of our top 10 reasons:
- One of the
best tools to engage students in active learning.
- Improve student
participation- takes the fear out of getting an answer wrong.
- Quickly determine
whether homework or reading assignments have been completed
before the class.
- Provide teachers
with instant feedback of students' understanding of concepts
and content knowledge
- Use analysis of
student responses as the basis for class discussion.
- Teachers can assign
point values to questions instead of simply setting them
as right or wrong.
- Track student progress
toward academic standards.
- Align curriculum
to state standards and produces reports quickly and easily.
- Works great with
our Smart interactive boards
- A great addition
to Discovery Streaming.

Not
only has this school produced academic winners but also the
collaborative behavior of the students was noted in this year's
event. In addition, St. Edward's went over and above
in supporting our diocesan Decathlon by providing an opportunity
for participating schools to come together in a “Mock Decathlon”
earlier in the spring.
We
are definitely proud of you!
