Congratulations to St. Edward the Confessor School for placing first for the second year in a row in the State Junior High Catholic Academic Decathlon Competition in San Diego on Saturday!  With 16,955 points overall, they well represented our diocese in this competition!  We are very proud of the school and of the following Decathletes:

Not only has this school produced academic winners but also the collaborative behavior of the students was noted in this year's event.  In addition, St. Edward's went over and above in supporting our diocesan Decathlon by providing an opportunity for participating schools to come together in a “Mock Decathlon” earlier in the spring.
