A coordinator will be provided by St. Edward the Confessor/San Felipe de Jesús for all weddings. They will assist and advise you with your wedding plans, conduct your rehearsal, and will be present the day of the wedding. The coordinator's fee is $200.00. Outside wedding coordinators are welcome in a visiting capacity and will be expected to follow the guidelines as set forth by St. Edward the Confessor/San Felipe de Jesús parish.  Please see the important remiders below.

Wedding Rehearsal
The use of the church is necessary for rehearsal. Arrangements should be made with the coordinator for booking a suitable time and date. Since there are often other parish functions going on during the week, it is important that the rehearsal should start on time. All of the wedding party, if possible, should attend the rehearsal.

Important Reminders

• Isle Runners & Bubbles NOT PERMITTED.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds, especially before the ceremony.
• Birdseed or rice may not be thrown outside.
• Rose petals may not be thrown inside or outside the church.

Important Traffic Reminder
The southbound route to arrive in Dana Point, especially during the summer months, can pose severe traffic delays. Please notify your wedding party and guests ahead of time as it is important to begin your ceremony on time. You may share these alternate routes.

Traveling southbound:
From the I-405
Exit Irvine Center Drive, turn right and travel to Dana Point

South of where the I-405 and I-5 meet (called the ‘Y’), you may exit at several off ramps and travel west to Irvine Center Drive/Moulton Parkway/Golden Lantern St. (this is the same street changing names in 3 places)
From the I-5
Exit Lake Forest, turn right and then left on Moulton Parkway and travel to Dana Point
Exit El Toro Road, turn right onto El Toro road and left on Moulton Parkway and travel to Dana Point
Exit Alicia Parkway, turn right onto Alicia Parkway and left on Moulton Parkway and travel to Dana Point
Exit Oso Parkway, turn right onto Oso and left on Moulton Parkway and travel to Dana Point
Exit Crown Valley Parkway, turn right and left on Golden Lantern St. and travel to Dana Point
